Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take away the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be! (‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭15‬ NASB)

We often see this scripture quoted in regards to preachings on sexual immorality… But let’s take another spin on it!

Many times the bible speaks on the darkness and light, two can’t walk together lest they agree and even tells us that a mind set to the flesh is hostile toward God (Romans 8:7). So it’s safe to say that there is no gray area.

There is no way to please our God and our flesh.

There’s no middle ground God will meet you on!

Every ungodly desire is a prostitute! Every thing that you have made an idol is the harlot that will bring you to ruin and steal your youth! Do not take for granted the time you have, it’s not going to last forever and every moment gone… Is gone forever.

Shall we then praise God with our lips and curse our neighbor? Shall we out our hands to the plough and walk away to put our hands on another man’a possession? Shall we incline our ears to His voice and also to the things that grieve the Holy Spirit? Shall we then have a threesome with our flesh and our spirit? Detestable isn’t it?! So is a double minded person in God’s sight.

You can decide to be almost saved as long as you want, but realize you can almost get into heaven too.

Choose.

Deciding to fully be devoted to Christ doesn’t mean you’ll be sinless but you will definitely sin-less!

When you are in Christ you are a new creature, you are God’s beloved. Set apart and called to a higher standard so decide today who you’ll please...Shall I then take away the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be!
