Summer seafood salad!

Crab salad is a staple here in The Bahamas, especially at get togethers and social gatherings. I’ve always shredded mine until I tasted one where the meat was diced instead…. I was shook you hear me??? I made some and added a little crawfish for good measure because it’s my fave!

It was soooo good I had to try it myself.

Do you see how yummy and fresh that looks? I wanted some color so the red and yellow peppers I needed to use from my fridge were the perfect addition. If you’re looking for a yummy, fresh summer salad this is it!

Here’s the recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Ingredients:

1/2 lb imitation crab meat

2 small crawfish tails(boiled and removed from shell)

1/4 onion diced

1/4 red & yellow peppers diced

2 tbs Mayo

Juice of 1 1/2 lime

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Enjoy!

I ate mine in a wrap with shredded romaine lettuce but feel free to enjoy it however you want!

Be sure to drop a pic if you’ve tried it and let me know what you think 🤗
